The staff, from reception to trainers, is super friendly and always willing to help. The workouts are well thought and organised so that throughout the week you get to train your full body. Never have I thought I will be so excited to be in a gym chasing my dreams and goals, as gyms were always intimidating to me, but this one is different in so many ways.
Really love the process and seeing the progress; going to the PT small group sessions feels like working out with friends 🙂
